This course removed ALL my doubts about the entire I-129F/K1 visa process. Yes, it’s detailed. Yes, it’s a lot of work. But worth it! My finance got his K1 visa approval in 8 months! Here are a few suggestions that I’d like to offer after going through the process. Met online: We met on a gay online dating site. It’s clearly not an international marriage broker, but I wanted to remove all question and contacted the company that created the site. They obviously did their homework and provided a letter stating that it was not an IMB. Documentation: When the petition was filed, my fiancé and I had met 5 times in person. For each visit I provided a photo page with 4 photos, passport page showing entry stamp, airplane boarding passes or flight confirmation details, and bank statement showing charges made over the dates of each trip. I used Word to layout the pages. Once you have a template that you are satisfied with, it can be used for each page. Text/Chat logs: For each of the five visits, I provided two pages of text/chat screenshots (four screenshots per page) for each of the dates. Finally, I used the “review my application” , where Prem will personally review your application for a small fee and provide very specific feedback. In closing, this program works and is worth every penny for such a major life event! Don’t drive yourself crazy (which I did for a while) online or spend a small fortune on a lawyer (who will have a staff member fill out your paperwork). Take control of the process with Prem’s expert guidance. Bottom line: Yes, I was still nervous about approval, being a same-sex age gap (35 years) couple. But stick to the truth and document, document, document. Visit each other as much as possible. I think that our many visits removed any question of a genuine relationship.

I just submitted a i-129f after using Prem's course to help compile and edit it. The course has been incredibly helpful in putting this all together. Prem explains every part of the process and application in minuted detail and there is NO WAY I would have been close to as confident about my application without taking this course, instead relying on government documentation and random, online forum posts. The course was very thorough top to bottom, but some high value points for me were: - Prem explains for each section what specifically the inspecting government officer is looking for, and how to best provide evidence of a strong application in spades. - Some parts of the applications are ambiguous and contradictory, and could even lead to a rejection if I had failed to "decipher" these parts. Prem goes into great detail about how best to handle these situations. - Easy to follow templates for intention letter, proof of relationship, etc. including the most important data to include in each section. Some supplements are perceived as providing stronger evidence than others, I could focus on featuring high-impact evidence instead of muddying the application with reams of evidence that will have a minimal impact on the government inspector's evaluation. This course clearly spells out what kind of evidence should be prioritized. - Clear explanations of each section and what kind of materials will give the best chance for approval. In many cases, the supplementary materials Prem recommends are not mentioned in the official documentation for the application. For example, a lot of the "unnecessary" additions are actually forwarded along to the next office in the process, making a much stronger case for the applicant at the next step. - The course is professionally done all the way through and Prem was very responsive and pro-active throughout my process.

There is so much information out there, but your course focused on many of the things that were so unclear when filling out the I-129F Petition for visa. Only time will tell as to whether or not I fully utilized this course to sufficiently provide presentation of the facts that results in approval of the visa. Having done the same initial basic research and viewing the many YouTube videos that are available, I thought that I would easily be able to “do it myself” with the K-1 Visa process. How hard could it be? What I discovered was that there were so many varying answers to what seemed like should be very straight-forward questions, let alone the remainder of the application packet and its proper assembly. The I-129F instructions themselves lack clear direction and contain contradicting information. Given the serious nature of what the K-1 is all about and what it meant for my fiancé and I, I did not want to leave anything to chance. I viewed Prem’s course as a form of insurance that I thought was very reasonably priced, relative to hiring an expensive attorney. I just wanted clear and simple direction from someone that’s done this before, and that’s exactly what I received. I’ve just completed Prem’s K-1 Visa course, and looking back from when I started down this road, I am so happy that I did. Well worth the relatively small amount of money, for something this important.

The best thing I ever did with regard to this fiancé visa process was enroll in this course. I am internet savvy and I reviewed so many sites and YouTube videos - most of which were outdated in terms of government forms and procedures and also had a LOT Of bad and conflicting information. I enrolled in this course and when I had questions, Prem responded every time within 24 hours with great information. Also, the templates he provides are well done and very easy to use and customize to your own circumstances. And the worst advice you will see out there is all these people who ignore the requirements for preparing their packets and create needless delays for themselves. My package was received by the processing center on March 27, 2019 and I received my notice of action 1 text today. I went into this process prepared and pretty confident thanks to this course and this speed has been most encouraging. Now part two is often longer - but we will see. Prem was so detailed, thorough and helpful, he definitely put me at ease while taking this step to filing the petition. I'm very grateful that he was willing to share his expertise knowledge with us. I am now just hoping for good results on my petition! Update - I got my petition approval in less than normal processing time, in just 3 months! The course is very detailed and it is worth every penny. I bought the course and started reviewing it during a layover in the airport, and it answered questions that I didn't think of asking. I was a member of a K-1 Visa forum, and there were over 170 I-129F filers in that forum who filed their application in the same month that I filed mine. Although my case was seemingly complicated (Criminal History, Divorce, Age Gap, Language Barrier, Fiancee had residency in one country and citizenship in another), I received no RFE's and I breezed through the process. My file was heavily "front loaded" with the right type of information, and well organized because of this program. My fiancée's visa has now been issued, and there are people who used Lawyers and agencies to help with their application who are STILL waiting for their RFE responses to be approved. Our I-129F was approved in under 3 months, and during our interview, we were never once asked for proof of ongoing relationship. If you have any doubts about any part of the application process, stop what you're doing and buy this program. It is worth its weight in gold.

Just starting the I-129f and filling out the application like the USCIS wants is a trial on yourself, your relationship and your mental health. The instructions are incomplete or dubious and you have no tools to make sure you are doing it right. That was my situation when I came across Visa Tutor. I followed only his blog when I first started, but even with the instructions given there, I still wanted to make sure I had everything right and was getting really stressed about it. Losing time worrying, seeing the months go by and filling things out by myself. Finally, I decided to purchase the I-129f course and was one of the best decisions I’ve made! When we decided to apply for the K1 visa, we scoured the internet for guidelines and tips. After hours and hours of research, I started putting together an application package. Unfortunately, the guidelines greatly differ from one site to the other, to the point where I started to get frustrated and worried we were going in the wrong direction, risking our application in the process. I then stumbled upon Visa Tutor and found his advice to be clear, concise and organized. We were almost at a point where I thought hiring a lawyer would help us put together a stronger case - luckily, we didn't! Prem has laid everything out in his website and his course is even more detailed, helping us gain confidence as we went through our application with a toothcomb. This course has been extremely helpful! I thought the K-1 process seemed pretty straightforward, and it is for the most part, BUT there are MANY tips and suggestions Prem offers in his course that you are not going to easily find anywhere else. If you want an application that will go ABOVE and BEYOND, then definitely take Prem's course. It is well worth the time and money. After previewing Prem's I-129F course and talking to a lawyer on the phone, I quickly realized that hiring a lawyer would be a HUGE waste of money. Most of the work involved with the I-129F application is gathering all of the required information and supporting documents, which the lawyer can't do for you anyway. So in my opinion, it makes more sense to take this course to find out how to put all of the required information and documents together yourself for submission. After taking this course, I feel very confident that the submitted application will be approved without any issues. The only time it might make sense to hire a lawyer is if you, the petitioner, and/or the beneficiary has a criminal record and/or previous marriages. Based on my understanding, that's when things can get a bit messy. Otherwise, I highly recommend this course! Thanks Prem :)

Before I say anything else I want to say I am lucky indeed to have found this site! Prem is a truly good guy. And you don't find many of those today. My experience here has been that he truly cares about people and has a servant's heart wanting to help others with their visa process. And he is very prompt in answering email as well. I did not pay Prem for the I-129f course. He gave so much free material in his emails and on his site that I was able to assemble the application from what he freely gave. I wish I had bought it though. Because his material was so good, he had such insight into what the USCIS was looking for that he gave me the tools I needed to accomplish this great task. I knew what kind of pics to be sure to get while spending time with my fiancee and her family, knew the types of primary and secondary evidence I needed to pre-load the application, and I knew exactly how to assemble the packet to impress immigration with the authenticity of our relationship. Oh, and did I tell you we got approved just this week? 92 days from reciept our application was approved! I don't think you could ask for more. I have now bought the K1 interview course for Rose and I to work through together before her interview. It is quite impressive and I'm so happy I ordered it. Having just started the K1 Interview course and reflecting back on the I-129F, I remember the utmost fear, concern, trepidation, basically I was at a loss. Signing up for that course was an impulse and I needed guidance. If I were speaking to that past-self now, I'd say "Do it. Now. Prem knows how to explain everything without confusion. He speaks calmly and puts you at ease." Everything is laid out in order, just follow the steps, one by one. I even started to enjoy the process! Not that I want to do it again. Simply put, it's cliche, but I couldn't ask for a better & simpler course.

In one word I can describe this service AWESOME. I found Visa Tutor online after a few months of trying to find out the proper paperwork that I need to file I-129-F packet. It seem like everyone had their own opinion but no fractural information to back-up the information that they were giving or they were charging a lot of money for their service. I was getting very frustrated about this process and didn't know if I would be able to complete it correctly. I started on I-129-F process with my fiancee over a year ago and it seem like it was to much stuff and time to get it all together. Then I found Visa Tutor online and it was like I found a pot of gold at the end of the online rainbow. I found his information very informative and had answers to all the questions that could cause the petitioner a problem when filling out the I-129F Form. Even though the information was very good he had more information that was available on his online course that takes you step-by-step through each question on the form and he also gives you in depth information on what documents should be included in the packet that would make your petition a success. I thought the fee of a $150 was a bit much at first but my fiancee and I decided that since we are very serious about getting married it would be worth the investment to get all the information that we needed and not take a chance on a denial. Well, it's 13 months later and we are in our final stages of submitting our packet for approval. I would totally recommend the course given online because you can always go back and review the course as much as needed as well as send Prem a email if you have any questions and he will get back in touch with you within a day. I take my hat out to Prem, he's awesome and doing a great job with the website and weekly updates via email. As a graduate student studying and working at the same time, researching every last tiny detail of the i129F was taking so much time I didn't have.
